This programme in Contact Centre Customer Service/Business Development Skills leading to a certificate in Business QQI Level 6 Major Award will enable learners to build the knowledge, skills and competencies required to work specifically in contact centres but also in a wide range of other business areas.
The programme will include customer service, business development and management skills. Learners who successfully complete 8 components will receive a Certificate in Business QQI Level 6 Major Award 6M4985. For any one of the 8 components learners will receive a minor award from QQI for each component that they successfully complete.
