The aims of the 4Front/Progressive College Certificate “Understanding the Foundations of Community Pharmacy Practice” qualification are to prepare learners to work in Community Pharmacy by providing targeted training to build competence and confidence, that ensures the best outcome for pharmacy assistants, the pharmacy and the customers we serve, resulting in increased patient safety, sales, health advice and customer service.

Learners are required to complete online multiple choice questionnaires (MCQ), to demonstrate knowledge of course content. Some of this assessment will require studies to apply their knowledge to answer questions related to community pharmacy case studies presented by the tutor, which demonstrates your understanding of the learning outcomes.
