This programme in Contact Centre Customer Service/Business Development Skills leading to a certificate in Business QQI Level 6 Major Award will enable learners to build the knowledge, skills and competencies required to work specifically in contact centres but also in a wide range of other business areas.
The programme will include customer service, business development and management skills. Learners who successfully complete 8 components will receive a Certificate in Business QQI Level 6 Major Award 6M4985. For any one of the 8 components learners will receive a minor award from QQI for each component that they successfully complete.
Learners will learn to interact efficiently in groups as well as developing autonomy in learning and taking responsibility for their work as follows: Acquire specialist knowledge, skills and competence for the role of a customer service/ business development manager. Develop a range of personal and interpersonal qualities necessary for working in customer service, business development and management or a related area.
